Want to advertise in this area? Here's how: E-mail Flyers are distributed each week to members of the Spokane Association of REALTORS®. Flyer charge is $50 for members; $100 for non-members. Re-occuring flyers will be charged for each distribution. Non-member payment for flyers must be received before distribution.
Flyers can be sent out prior to Friday distribution for an additional $20 charge.
Flyers cannot be scheduled for weekend or SAR holiday distribution!

Deadlines: Thursday noon for Friday distribution. Noon the business day prior for non-standard distribution.
Requirements:
Equal Housing Opportunity logo must appear on all residential flyers.
Equal Lending logo must appear on loan flyers.
REALTOR® must be in compliance with trademark (All caps, ®)
Bonuses must state “To Selling Office"
Company name must be on all flyers.
Flyers advertising properties are for SAR members only.
“Paid Advertisement” may be required to be printed on a flyer.
Flyers may not advertise Alcoholic Beverages at MLS opens.
All flyer distribution subject to approval by the SAR.
