Paragon Frequently Asked Questions
Please be aware. These instructions are from Paragon 3. All of the issues still have essentially the same resolutions and steps in Paragon 4. We will update screenshots soon. (11/14)
The following topics contain information to resolve the most common problems reported with Paragon. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for here, you may wish to contact the SAR at (509) 326-9222 between 8:30 and 4:30 Mon - Fri or Paragon Help at 1-877-MLS-HELP between 4am - 6pm Mon - Fri, Sat 7am - 1pm, Sun 9am - 1pm.
Important! Before doing any troubleshooting, make sure you are using Internet Explorer. If you are using anything else (Firefox, AOL, MSN Explorer, Netscape, etc.), open Internet Explorer and use that for Paragon. All other browsers may not be fully compatible with Paragon!
Windows Vista Update Read updates regarding Windows Vista.
Pop Up Blocking If you get a message that says "a contact manager screen is already open" or when you attempt to email it does not open the compose email window, you most likely have a pop up blocker active. Click here for more information about pop up blockers.
Button Bar Missing or Not Working If the blue button bar (Navigation bar) in Paragon is missing or not working correctly, click here for common troubleshooting.
Email Issues If you are having problems with clients reporting that they did not receive an email or cannot open the hyperlink or you cannot send emails from Paragon, click here for more info.
